The reputation and the success of My Biz Suite rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase.
If you believe that My Biz Suite has not provided you with the results you wanted, just cancel your plan and request your $497 payment from us. Just email [email protected]. In your email let is know why your are unhappy. Also include your full contact information, the location ID for your account (found at the top of your Business Profile Settings) and the name of who we should speak with regarding your refund.
30-Day Return Period:
Unless you have a separate agreement with My Biz Suite, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by My Biz Suite within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

are final sale(s) and cannot be returned or refunded.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to My Biz Suite without prior authorization from My Biz Suite will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and My Biz Suite will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by My Biz Suite within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
