Privacy Policy

My Biz Suite is an independent HighLevel affiliate. I am not HighLevel, and I am not owned by, operated by, or an employee of HighLevel. When I recommend HighLevel and you buy through my link, I earn a commission. This does not change what you pay. HighLevel has its own privacy policy and its own terms, and they govern anything you do on HighLevel's site or in your own HighLevel account.

Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to share when you fill out a form, book a conversation, send a message, or become a client. If you become a client, I also collect the business information, answers, and materials you share so I can build your Core Identity Kit and your account.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location may be collected through cookies and similar tools used by the site platform.

To reply to you and schedule conversations. To deliver the services you ask for. To send messages related to your request or your account. To send occasional emails if you have asked to receive them, which you can stop at any time. To keep the site working and improve it. To meet legal and tax requirements.

When you give me your mobile number on a form and check the box to agree, you consent to receive text messages from me about your request, your appointment, or your services. The consent box on the form explains what you are agreeing to. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. I do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the tools and people I use to run my business and deliver your services: the platform that hosts this site, forms, scheduling, email, and texting (HighLevel); Stripe, which processes payments through HighLevel; and team members or contractors who help me deliver your work and are required to keep it confidential. I may also share information when the law requires it.

This site uses cookies and similar tools to remember your settings and understand how the site is used. I use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, and I may use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve my advertising. These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit and your device, and the companies that provide them may receive that information. You can turn cookies off in your browser, and you can use the opt-out tools those companies offer. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you turn cookies off.

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you can ask me to stop sending you emails. Email patrick@mybizsuite.com and I will respond. I may need to keep some records, such as billing records, as the law requires.

I keep your information as long as I need it to serve you and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then I delete or anonymize it.

I use reasonable measures to protect your information, including the security features of the platforms I use. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.

This site links to other sites, including HighLevel and Tech With Heart Foundation. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I am not responsible for them.

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

If I change this policy, I will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
