Terms of Service

My Biz Suite is an independent HighLevel affiliate. I am not HighLevel. When you buy through my link, I earn a commission, and it does not change what you pay. If you open a HighLevel account, it is your account, in your name, and HighLevel bills its subscription directly to you under HighLevel's own terms and privacy policy. HighLevel decides its own prices, features, and policies. I do not control them, and I am not responsible for HighLevel's software or service.

The Core Identity Kit: a set of documents built from a conversation with you and research about your business, including your Core Identity Kit document, an AI Context file, an Elevator Pitch Bank, a Bio Bank, an Objection and FAQ Quick Reference, and a Cover Letter and Usage Guide.

The Setup: your Core Identity Kit, plus a HighLevel account built around it, as described in the written scope you receive when you sign.

Done With You and Done For You: monthly support plans, as described on the website and in the written scope you receive when you sign.

The Core Identity Interview: a scheduled interview of about 45 minutes, by video or phone, where I learn about you and your business so I can build your kit.

Anything outside the written scope is quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

The Setup is a one-time fee paid up front. The Core Identity Kit by itself is a one-time fee paid up front. Done With You and Done For You are monthly plans with a six-month minimum, and then they continue month to month. Prices on the website are current as of the effective date above and may change for new clients. The price in your signed agreement is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe through HighLevel.

Your Core Identity Kit is delivered within 7 days of your Core Identity Interview. Your Setup is delivered within 30 days of your receiving the kit. These timelines depend on you providing the information, access, and approvals I ask for. If those are late, the timelines move accordingly.

Your Core Identity Kit includes up to two rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery, at no extra cost. Revisions are for changes, additions, and corrections to your kit. A revision is not a new project.

Core Identity Kit and Setup: if you cancel in writing before your Core Identity Interview begins, you get a full refund of what you paid. To cancel, email patrick@mybizsuite.com. Once your Core Identity Interview has begun, I have started building your custom work, and the Core Identity Kit and Setup fees are not refundable. Any refund I agree to is processed through HighLevel's payment system.

Done With You and Done For You: these have a six-month minimum. After the six months, you may cancel at any time by emailing patrick@mybizsuite.com. Cancelling stops future monthly charges. Monthly charges are not refundable once they have been billed.

If you have a concern at any point, tell me right away and I will do my best to make it right.

You own your Core Identity Kit and the content in it. You own your HighLevel account and the data in it. You may use your kit anywhere, with any tool or any person. You keep these rights if you stop working with me. I may keep a copy of work product for my records, and I will not share your kit or your business information with anyone else without your permission.

You agree to give me accurate information, answer questions and give approvals in a reasonable time, and keep your account login details secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for following the laws that apply to your business, including laws about advertising, texting, and email.

Software helps draft your Core Identity Kit and some other work. A real person reads and checks every word before you see it. AI tools can make mistakes, so please review everything before you rely on it or publish it.

The free community is open to anyone and joining never requires a purchase. Members earn points when other members like their posts, comments, or replies, and points add up to levels. Some levels come with a reward, such as a skill file, one-on-one time with me, or a waived month of a My Biz Suite plan. Rewards are awarded by me, one of each per member, and have no cash value. A waived month applies only to a My Biz Suite Done With You or Done For You plan, never to HighLevel's own subscription. The skills I share are for your own business use, and you may not resell or give them away. I may change the free skills, levels, and rewards at any time, and I may adjust, replace, or decline a reward if points were not earned fairly. Please treat other members with respect. I may remove posts or members that do not.

I will do careful, honest work. I cannot promise results, such as a number of leads, sales, reviews, or revenue, because they depend on many things I do not control. Testimonials on this site are from real clients and reflect their own experience. Your results may be different.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. My total liability for any claim relating to my services is limited to the amount you paid me for the services at issue in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

The content on this site belongs to My Biz Suite or its licensors, and you may not copy or republish it without permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Links to other sites are provided for your convenience, and I am not responsible for them.

How I handle your information is explained in my Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. If we have a disagreement, let's talk first and try to work it out in good faith. If we cannot, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, applies to your use of the site. A signed agreement with you stays as written unless we both agree to change it.
